Throwback Thursday- TV Theme Songs
"Bill, Bill, Bill, Bill..Bill Nye The Science Guy" I know all you '90 kids out there remember that theme song. Now "The Science Guy" has a new series called, Bill Nye Saves The World coming on Netflix, starting this Friday, and he asked Tyler the Creator to create his new theme song. The song still has the Bill chant but some updated 2017 vibes to the original theme song. Click here to listen to the theme song and a brief interview with the two men.
It got me thinking about some of the original television show theme songs that people still know today. Some of my favorites are; The Fresh Prince theme song, which you can sometimes hear at a bar or lounge today, Sister Sister performed by Tia and Tamera Mowry all three versions, Friends, which is a classic everyone knows those four claps and Sanford and Son, that tune will forever be recognizable.
