About off Beat notes & amber jade

Hey Friends! Thank you for coming to Off Beat Notes. I have had a strong relationship with music since I was a little girl, from taking piano lessons for 5 years, to playing percussion in middle school band, to interning with music professionals in college. I know that God chose music to be my forever friend.

 

I graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Journalism and a Music Business Certificate. So of course writing about music just came naturally. In this blog you will read articles and watch short videos relating to music. Including new albums and songs, things that are happening in the music world that I have a strong opinion about, but never celebrity gossip.

I plan to start conversations and hope that you all will be enlightened by some of the things that I talk about and maybe even fill me in with things that you think relate to this blog.
